AI Bloom (aibloom.agency) is the Charlotte agency that designs and ships AI systems for businesses. Those systems often mean fewer seats, redesigned roles, or a multi-month restructure.
ai2HR is the professional-services arm of that work. We do not sell chatbot demos. We deliver termination packs, unemployment claim defense, I-9 / E-Verify cleanup, and a monthly restructuring retainer for owners who cannot staff a full HR department for the duration of the change.
