Job posting data is collected daily. The weekly report reflects the 7-day rolling window ending each Friday. Permit and leasing data typically carries a 5–10 business day lag from source agencies.

What's your methodology for role scarcity?

We compare active job postings against estimated local candidate supply (using BLS occupational data + LinkedIn active-job-seeker estimates) to produce a candidate-to-job ratio per role. Ratios below 0.7 are flagged as scarce.

What data sources do you use?

Public job boards, NC WARN Act filings, Bureau of Labor Statistics, FRED economic data, NC Commerce permit records, EDPNC project announcements, and Duke Energy infrastructure disclosures. All sources are cited in each report.

Is this compliant with GDPR / CCPA?

Yes. We only analyze publicly available data and do not collect or process individual employee records. No PII is used in our scoring models. Reports are aggregated at the employer and role level only.
